Coach Mia Nikolajev

Mia has been an athlete for over two decades, and a personal trainer/coach for nearly ten years.

Aside from holding BSc in Kinesiology and Psych- Sociology, the practical knowledge and experience gained through many years involved in Competitive Sports (as an athlete, trainer, and coach) enables her to create motivating, and effective programs for her Athlete-clients; as well as her in her daily work as a Personal Trainer, and Strength & Conditioning Coach, of clients of all levels.

Coach Donovan Manley

Donovan will retire from the Army as a Captain this year after 22 years of service, and is a proud father of a 14 year old son, who is an honor roll student and Italian National Champion hockey goalie.

He’s designed group fitness programs for Soldiers since 1995, with a focus on building multi-faceted capabilities while minimizing injury risk. These programs have been credited with increased readiness, reduced injury rates, and improved leader understanding of fitness concepts while fostering a fitness culture. I was selected as the US Army Europe Noncommissioned Officer of the Year in 2000, inducted into the prestigious Sergeant Morales Leadership Club, and selected as the US Army Infantry Center Drill Sergeant of the Year in 2003.

In addition to his official duties, Donovan consults individual Soldiers struggling with injuries or Army fitness standards in order to foster the fitness culture throughout the unit. He also serves as a consultant with local police, fire, and EMS companies to help them design healthy lifestyle programs for their athletes. His specialty is programming for Tactical Athletes, both in person and online.

Coach Tracey Wilson

Tracey is a native New Yorker who became a part of the west coast family in December 2012 and she has yet to look back. She has been a group fitness instructor and personal trainer for 14 years and has an extensive corporate fitness industry background with roles that included Director of Group Fitness, Recreations Coordinator, Membership Advisor, Nutrition Services Coordinator and General Manager. She has taught classes that range from Boogie Box to Bootcamp to Banghra and trained people from the ages of 12 to 97.

Her love of everything fitness began with her own weight loss journey and now has come full circle to helping others achieve success in health and wellness. She believes in not going to extremes in your search for wellness and health. She has been through every diet known to man, tried thousands of workouts and has come to this conclusion… Everything in moderation even moderation! Finding your happy medium is key to positive results in your health. But, the success of everything is determined by planning, passion and perseverance.

She loves power walking the hills of her little beach town plus picking things up and putting things down mixed in with Crossfit and Hot Yoga.
