Body weight workout. Coach Be with Scott Parker.

This impromptu workout session with friend, trainer Scott Parker, left my chest feeling like battery acid was flowing through my veins.

Scott is one of my original partners in the wellness industry. We’ve done a lot together. He’s the trainer who helped Jill Scott transform her body, as well and singer D’Angelo, actress Tasha Smith, gospel duo Mary Mary, the list goes on.

If you’re into stuff like that (sicko) give it a shot as is. If not, you may consider building in a few short recovery periods in-between exercises.

Either way TURN UP THE INTENSITY and burn that super fuel you’ve been putting into the tank the #E4A way.
