E4A21 Explained – Eating For Abs 21-Day Fat Loss Challenge
It’s quite possible that we started Eating For Abs, on it’s head. Upside down.
Our first service was 1-on-1 coaching. One client at a time, one habit at a time, changing lives. We’ve worked with Olympians, National champions, NCAA teams, world record holders and stay at home moms. It’s STILL an incredible service, through which people achieve incredible progress.
The next service we rolled out was The Ultimate Nutrition Course which is a huge deal because the group nature of the course allows us to take all of the life changing lessons we teach in the 1-on-1 practice and offer them to more people, more affordably. The ability to help more people achieve their goals is wildly rewarding, as are the relationships we build along the way.

A little background. The Ultimate Nutrition Course is a 6-month LIFE CHANGING course. We love it. But we also know that not everyone is ready to commit to 6 months of embracing change. For some people it’s a matter of money (though the course value is 10 times what we charge), and for others, it’s a matter of belief. They can’t see that far into the future, enough to invest the time. So what did we do? Of course we undermined that self sabotage and created a 21-day, rigorous, highly effective fat loss program designed to prove your negative self talk wrong.
How do I know it works? I was one of the guinea pigs!

The expectations for fat loss (not to be confused with weight loss) without adopting practices that compromise health, is 1 to 2 pounds of FAT lost per week. Our team of overachievers set out to maximize the behaviors that would protect our hard earned muscle, and get us into prime fat loss position. It took work. It was tough at times, but got MUCH easier once we stocked the kitchen properly (all of which is built into your E4A21 instructions. Added AFTER we got our butts kicked.)
