We help clients make better, healthier choices, consistently and consciously. This includes:
Exercising more intelligently.
Sleeping and recovering better.
Taking better care of themselves.
Having fun — yes, fun! — living actively and healthily.
The result? Research-driven, life-changing, body transformations.
We’re getting lots of great questions about the program. Today we’ll answer the most common ones so you can decide if it’s a good fit for you.
Q: What is E4A Transformative Coaching?
E4A Transformative Coaching is a 12-month program that guides students through dramatic—yet sustainable—changes in their eating and exercise habits with help from an expert coach. To date, we’ve tested it with hundreds of people, who have transformed their bodies and health profiles in amazing ways.
Through years in the fitness industry, we’ve seen dozens of diet and exercise fads come and go. That’s why we don’t follow fads. Instead, we’ve carved our own path, testing and continuously updating our methods.
We specialize in taking complex nutritional problems and breaking them down into small, strategic daily practices—small practices that are designed to fit into a busy lifestyle. Small practices that are formulated to deliver results like this:
Our transformative coaching program includes:
A structured year-long nutrition program to help keep you consistent.
An expert coach to give you feedback, make adjustments to your program, and help keep you accountable.
Strategic daily nutrition practices that fit into your lifestyle.
Expertly-designed training programs, customized to your skill level, goals, and time available.
Guaranteed results. Stick with us for a year, do what we ask, and if you don’t get what you’re looking for, you get a full refund.
Q: Who is E4A Transformative Nutrition Coaching for?
E4A Transformative Nutrition Coaching is for men and women who want to get in the best shape of their lives—for the rest of their lives. It’s for people with busy schedules who want personal accountability, a structured nutrition program to follow, and a coach to help keep them consistent and on-track.
The main focus of the program is to strategically help you improve your eating and exercise habits—all within the context of your day-to-day life. We don’t give you a crazy diet or exercise program to follow; instead, we help our clients build the habits they need to get results that last forever.
Q: Who is E4A Coaching NOT for?
Our coaching program is not for figure or fitness models, professional bodybuilders, or high-level athletes training for a particular sport.
It’s also not for people who already have all the accountability they need.
If you rarely struggle with staying consistent with your exercise or eating habits, then we’re not a good choice for you.
Q: Will E4A Coaching work for me?
If you follow our recommendations and stick with us for the full year then yes, you will get results.
But you have to commit to making small strategic changes in your life.
That’s something no one ever likes to admit about getting in better shape: it takes hard work, time, and determination.
Changing your body isn’t easy, but it is possible.
Want to lose weight? Eat better? Feel less stressed? Get more sleep?
Our team has helped hundreds of people do all that and more. And we’re confident we can help you, too.
Once you make the commitment to get in better shape, we’ll be with you every step of the way. When life pushes you around and difficulties come up, we’ll help you push back.
We’ll stack the deck in your favor and give you every advantage we know of. Over the course of 12 months, you’ll learn everything you need to look, feel, and perform at your best.
That’s our promise.
Q: Do you really guarantee results?
Absolutely. We guarantee our work because it’s the right thing to do.
We’ve worked directly with hundreds of people over the past 5 years, and we love what we do.
Stick with us for a year and follow our recommendations. If you don’t get what you’re looking for at the end of the year, we’ll give you a full refund.
Q: Who are you and what makes you qualified to coach?
I’m Bryndan Moore, affectionately referred to as Coach Be. I've coached Olympians, National Champions, World Record Holders, sports teams at every level, and hundreds of every-day people just like you learn to eat to achieve their goals while promoting great health.
By far THE most powerful tool my team and I use to impact people’s results is their own human design, helping people harness their on-board powerhouse. Our methods have helped hundreds of motivated people like you to feel better, perform better, and look fantastic!
In the process we’ve learned a LOT about what makes people tick. And through constant trial and error, we’ve created safe, easy, efficient steps to getting you there!
Q: Do you give me a meal plan?
No, we don’t give out meal plans.
Meal plans and diets aren’t really that useful or sustainable. People often feel like they’re either “on” them or “off” them. They feel like they’ve failed and are beyond hope if they’re not eating perfectly at every meal.
Our approach is completely different: We help you build a set of sustainable habits that will serve you for the rest of your life.
This means you get to choose—with the help of your coach—which foods are best for you, when to eat those foods, and how much to eat of them.
Q: Why are you offering this type of coaching?
Mentors and coaches have made all the difference in my life. And that’s why we've sought out mentoers, and recruited the best in the business.
Most of us feel extremely fortunate to have access to mentors and coaches. People who are a little further along the path than we are. People who can help steer us in the direction we need to go.
That’s why we’ve made it our mission to pay it forward. We’re here to help you make meaningful change in your life.
Q: Why coaching? Can't I just pick up a diet book? Or read some online articles for free?
If you take an honest look at your life—and at the lives of the people you most respect and admire—you’ll notice something interesting.
As human beings, we’re rarely ever transformed by reading more books or articles. Or from watching a documentary. Or from taking a class.
Instead, most transformative change happens through a real relationship with another human being—usually a coach or a mentor.
Sure, you can try another diet book or read a few more articles, especially if you love thinking about exercise and nutrition. If you get great results with those tools, we applaud you.
But if you’re having trouble putting what you know into action, working with an experienced team of coaches might be for you.
Q: I'm a beginner with a lot of weight to lose. Will this work for me?
Yes. We’ve worked with lots of people who are new to exercise and healthy eating.
Remember, we were all beginners at some point. And we do our best to make sure all beginners work at a pace that’s comfortable for them.
Our clients come in all shapes and sizes, are all ages, and come from diverse backgrounds.
Q: I'm NOT a beginner. Will this work for me?
Many of our clients have years of experience with consistent training and healthy eating. They still get great results with us. That’s because the interactions they have with their coach are tailored to their needs and goals. We don't believe in “one size fits all” programming.
Oftentimes, people with a lot of experience enjoy handing the reins over for a while. We take care of the nutrition and exercise programming so they can focus on improving other parts of their lives.
We’ve even helped physicians, therapists, and personal trainers get back in shape.
Q: What if I don't have much weight to lose but just want to eat better?
It’s great that you don’t have a lot of weight to lose. It means you’re starting out with a big advantage.
Of course, lifelong fitness and health is more than losing weight. With us you’ll learn how to maintain a lean and healthy body for life. Plus you’ll develop new, healthier relationships to food, eating, rest and more. And that’s something fewer than 5 percent of people know how to do.
Q: I'm interested in building muscle. Is this for me?
Yes, abolutely. We have custom exercise programming and nutrition habits specifically for people who want to gain muscle.
Q: I'm thinking of joining with a friend or partner. Can we do the program together?
Of course. We encourage friends, partners, and family members to join together. That immediate social support makes a real difference for many of our clients.
We’ve also had fathers and sons, mothers and daughters, sisters and brothers, coworkers, and best friends join together.
Q: Is this just for young people?
Absolutely not. We’ve coached men and women of all ages.
Q: What should I expect to achieve?
Our coaching is designed to make the process of getting in better shape easier and more effective than ever before. So there are only two things you need to know right off the bat:
If it doesn’t work, it’s free.
Make a commitment and stick with us for a year. If you don’t get the results you’re looking for after those 12 months, we’ll give your money back. All of it. Every penny. You get to decide if it was worth it. Why do we do this? Because we stand behind our work. And we’re very confident you’ll end up looking and feeling better than ever before.
If you work hard and do a good job, you get in the best shape of your life.
Follow our advice, and you will get the body you’re after, plain and simple. That’s what people are looking for: something that truly works. And that’s what we deliver. You walk out in the best shape of your life. That’s worth the weight you’ll lose in gold.
Q: I read that you require progress photos. Do I have to submit those?
Yes, but for good reason.
The reason behind requesting progress photos is to visually document the changes you’re making while coaching with us.
(It’s also important for your coach to see what’s happening so they can help give you better advice when required.)
Of course, at the end of your coaching experience, if you’re really proud of your transformation and want to be featured as a success story, we’ll ask for your permission to do so.
But, before that, the pictures will be kept totally private at all times.
Remember, we’re here to help people change their bodies and their lives. Not to embarrass anyone or make them feel ashamed.
We encourage you to stretch yourself, get out of your comfort zone, and give this method a try.
Q: How much does it cost?
Choose from a one-time registration of $1799 USD or installments of $179 USD per month for 12 months.
Q: Will I have to spend a lot of money on food and supplements?
When it comes to food, most students actually end up saving money on their grocery bills.
This is because they make more informed, careful decisions, eat out less, and spend fewer dollars on processed novelty foods, replacing them with whole, delicious natural foods.
As for supplements, we may recommend a few health-oriented products, based on your unique needs and goals. However, these are completely optional.
Q: Will I need to join a gym?
Nope, you don’t have to join a gym to be successful with our coaching.
As a matter of fact, we're going to spend some time finding out what types of training YOU enjoy best and has worked for you in the past. After all, you are THE expert on you.
Q: I live in [name your country]. Can I still participate?
Of course. We work with clients all over the world. No matter where you live, we can help.
Here’s just a sample of some of the countries where our clients live:
Q: I like to (Crossfit, run, bike, swim, ski, do group exercise classes, walk my dog, etc). Can I still do the stuff I love while getting coached?
Of course. Keep doing what you love.
The whole point is to learn how to eat and exercise in a way that’s fun and sustainable. And to do this all while living a fuller life.
Once you get started, we'll work together to figure out how to structure things.
Q: I already have a personal trainer. Can I keep that up while participating in the coaching curriculum?
Yes, if you want to continue with both, that’ll work.
In fact, I think with ou proven coaching AND your in-person trainer, you’ll be unstoppable.
Once you sign up, just let us know that you’re working with a local trainer and we’ll make sure to integrate the two.
Q: I have a few injuries. Can I still join?
We all go through injuries, so I understand where you’re coming from. We've seen it before.
We can tailor certain exercises to help fit your needs.
Once you’ve signed up, you’ll simply work with your coach to find some easy and effective alternatives.
Q: I follow a special diet (plant-based, vegan, Paleo, intermittent fasting). Will you still work with me?
Yep, we’d love to work with you. The nutrition and lifestyle habits your coach will guide you through are easily customizable.
All you have to do is let us know what your dietary preferences/restrictions are and we’ll help you out.
Q: How long does the program run?
The coaching program lasts for 12 months. Based on our continued research, we’ve found a full year to be the most effective time period for building the habits necessary for life-long health and fitness.
Our coaching team is committed to helping you make a life-changing, transformative change. That’s why we have everyone commit to the program for 12 months.
