We get it!  And though we all want to feel comfortable in our own skin, some of us are more concerned with just reclaiming our energy levels and achieving great health.  Is it so far fetched to want to FEEL great?  We don’t think so.

I’ve been on a weight loss journey for YEARS.

I did Weight Watchers TWICE. Twice because you think you got it down and don’t need calculations and points anymore and can do it by yourself, but “eyeing it” only leads to indulgence and eventually you fall back into your old routine.

Next, I tried working out and eating clean. I saw some weight loss, but not enough. I realized that I must not be eating “clean”. I almost gave up, then my wife showed me your video. I always wanted a nutrition coach, but I always heard they were expensive. However, your video was hilarious (the high pitched voice), inexpensive, and you were approachable. So, I took a chance and I’m so glad I did.

Taj and familyThe incremental lesson approach is GENIUS! Every lesson became a habit. I didn’t even feel like I was trying. Plus, I was eating WAY more food than I was used to and I LOVE FOOD! LOL The weight just melted and I finally saw my abs!

I have so much more energy during my workouts and life in general. The most shocking thing was when my doctor told me I didn’t have to be on my cholesterol and hypertensive medications anymore!

Now I’m a semi-chef and have awesome knife skills! I literally cook 90% of all my food. I prepare for the week all my meals and snacks, but if I can’t, I feel confident in choosing delicious and nutrient dense foods when on the run.

Thank you Coach Be for this genius course. I never thought it was possible to feel this way and understand eating “clean”.

You guys changed my life… LITERALLY.
