Keep it Simple: Environment
Surround yourself with real food.
It’s simple, and it’s effective. Try not to make it any harder than that.
By real food, I mean things that grow out of the ground, would spoil if not refrigerated, or that has a short shelf life and isn’t intended for refrigeration (like say tomatoes, and bananas).
To really give yourself the biggest advantage, work to displace anything that doesn’t fit that description by filling the space with the real deal.
Work to eliminate packaged goods, and anything that you might imagine could be found on the shelves of a bomb shelter or in a Hobbit’s backpack in preparation for a long trek.
Surround yourself with real food, at home, at work, in the car, and other places you frequent.
That’s a great start, and with a little patience will go a long way in helping you achieve greater health.
