Sauces can transform any dish.

They can transport you to South East Asia or to New Orleans all on their own.  Sauces tie together the seemingly unrelated components of your E4A plate and by their application, we can make two very different meals from the same ingredients.

We can’t however trust most sauces on the shelves due to the fact that they are often loaded with salt, processed carbs or sneaky sugars.

The best part about sauces is that they are EASY to make at home, store, and apply to our meals!

Delicious is the name of the game to prevent unnecessary sidetracking.  Entice your inner athlete to stay on track by giving them something to look forward to.
