Coach Manley is a proud father, retired Infantry officer, and paratrooper who maintained peak physical condition until serious injuries brought him down. On his road to recovery, he discovered that training smarter makes you tougher, increasing resiliency and reducing injuries.
He has taught and implemented these training and nutrition strategies to military units and first responders, with a focus on post-rehab and injury prevention. Now he teaches first responders and other busy adults how to make fitness and nutrition fit into their busy lives by meeting them where they are and helping design strategies to get where they want to be.
