Join Coach Be Moore for this once in a lifetime adventure in the beautiful city of Austin, Texas. We’re replacing the stresses of home and work life with life altering nutrition and training as filtered through the culture of Austin.
Experience 4 days and 3 nights of delicious food, physical training, rest and recovery, mobility, personal nutrition instruction, fellowship, and exploration. This is a custom experience, laid out in the exact fashion of an E4A 1-on-1 intensive experience, tailored for you to rejuvenate, build positive momentum, and be inspired to continued action.
If you’ve yet to learn nutrition planning the E4A way, you can experience comprehensive training with performance nutrition coach, Bryndan Moore, in this beautiful environment, away from everyday life. Or, if you already have a firm grip on your practice (and results), you’ll get a hands on review to elevate your practice to another level. Each participant will be given a tailored transformational program that will have you coming away feeling deeply refreshed, energized and inspired.
Knowing your numbers is one thing. Turning your macros into real food that’s enjoyable is another ballgame altogether. You’ll enjoy delicious and nutritious meals in a dining room overlooking the sacred valley. We’re sourcing high quality, meals using locally grown ingredients. We’ll enjoy a mix of exploring local eateries, as well as preparing our own meals. Special dietary requirements can easily be accommodated.
Be ready to put in work! We’re getting active in ways which will challenge your limits and that you’ll be able to reproduce at home. Training isn’t just exercise. Training is deliberate action to designed to elicit a specific set of results. Sure, we’ll get plenty of exercise too, but what we’ll do together is about you developing tools to achieve your long term goals.
To help you unwind further, you’ll participate in vinyasa and yin yoga classes designed to enhance your experience, opening body and mind. The yoga classes we’ve selected are about slowing down, turning inwards and recharging on a deep level. You’ll use your breath as a vehicle to help move energy throughout the body, to release stagnant energy and to open and recharge the body on a cellular level. It is our goal in sharing this practice to inspire more openness, growth and connection to yourself.
One of the most important elements of retreats are the relationships we come away with. Surrounding ourselves with like minded people is a major key to our success. You’ll meet and work alongside others who also seek to be better versions of themselves. Who knows what could grow from that?
Sure, anyone could take a guided bus ride around a new city… I think we’ll do things a bit differently. Our way is much more fun. Wouldn’t you rather learn the terrain in a more interactive way? We might have an idea or two about how to do that.
You’re getting gifts, and we’re super excited to see you use them. You know the videos of astronauts walking toward the rocket ship that always play in slow motion for some reason? It makes them look even more cool, if that’s possible, because they have on the semi-matching astronaut gear AND everything is cool in slow motion? That’s going to be you. Cool and Coordinated. Everything is custom designed and only available for attendees of this trip.
