Getting started…

    Get set up for tracking

    Install and register for an account on the Coach.me app on your tablet, phone, or visit the website http://coach.me.
    Follow Coach Be, Donovan Manley, and search for the current habit “#E4A breakfast 30/30”.

    Download and get ready to get your hands dirty.

    Each lesson includes a downloadable packet that includes recipes, a little education, and (drumroll please) HOMEWORK! Download your lesson packet below.

    Press play

    Check out the lesson video. You’ll get one similar lesson once every 2 weeks. In between lesson drops, your job is to do ONLY the one habit from each lesson DAILY. Work to MASTER IT. Make it into habit and let it fade into the background similar to brushing your teeth in the morning (assumption) 🙂

    There’s more to come. Next week you’ll join us for your first “office hours” coaching call, in which you’ll get to share ideas with other students, hear from your coaches, ask questions, etc.
    If you can’t make our calls, the replay will be available for you to play on demand.
    Next Monday, you’ll begin gym training. We provide workouts for you daily, but they are just recommendations. If you prefer to do your favorite DVD, or bootcamp that’s fine also, just try to stick to the training schedule we provide.
    All will be answered in time. We’re happy to have you aboard.

Welcome to your first E4A lesson!

A quick word on habit based learning.

In order for you to get the results you came for, be it a great body, more energy, great health or all of the above, you’ll need to absorb the lessons in this course by experiencing.  Unlike reading, you cannot wait until the end to start doing; you’ll have to practice doing now.

This course is designed simply and specifically for you to win.  Here’s how it works.

Our clients have been incredibly successful because they are asked not to change their entire life in one shot, but because they’re asked to change JUST ONE element of their lives as a time.

 Today you receive your first E4A Habit, and your only real responsibility (toward your own success) is to make that one change daily, and track it.  Read that as two parts, both of which are equally important; perform AND track.

Your tracking will be simple yes or no tracking.  Daily, either you did or you didn’t.  That’s it!

Tracking – Quick Start Guide

[text_block style=”style_1.png” align=”left”]Perform these quick steps in order to set up your habit tracking on Coach.me.

First go ahead and install the app of course (or use the website), then start an account.  Once you’re all set up, click the gear icon to access your settings.  This photo is a screenshot from an iPhone.  Yours may look slightly different.[/text_block]

Good stuff.  Now you’ll also want to connect with other TUNC students.  The easy way to do this is to add your first lesson.  In that lesson you’ll see questions that you can answer, read other’s answers, and you can post new questions as well.  Feel free to follow others.[/text_block]

[text_block style=”style_1.png” align=”left”]To add your habits, press the house icon to take you to the home screen.  Press the “+” to search habits.  In the search box type in the name of your current habit, including the hashtag.  Add this and begin daily tracking.
