Are you unknowingly sinking your own ship?

Yes, you are. It’s not even a question, you are sinking your own ship but it’s NOT ALL YOUR FAULT.

You and I are the target of the efforts of highly paid experts whose only job is to perpetuate our addictions to sugar and spending. Need proof? List the 5 most visible restaurants in your neighborhood. What do they sell? I’d bet dollars to donuts it’s donuts, coffee, burgers, fries, and soda. All highly profitable, have a long shelf life, and lead you down the path to the next most profitable consumable businesses in your neighborhood; the pharmacy.

Now I don’t want to sound like I’m anti-free market, but I am in cases where the consumer is placed in harms way as is the case with our food supply.

Here’s what’s going to have to happen between you now and you oiling up for the beach with your incredible body.  you’re going to have to learn the truths about your body, what fuel it’s designed to run on, and how to get out of the way of it’s on-board desire to be lean, strong and healthy.

We want you actively tracking your new habit, by answering one question: “Are the drinks you’re choosing adding to your waist or taking away?”

Your tracking will be simple yes or no tracking. Daily, either you did or you didn’t. That’s it![/text_block]

Tracy: Adopting the Tea Habit

Tracy was one of our 1-on1 clients who came to us knowing exactly what she wanted to achieve, not knowing how, but ready to learn and work hard for it.

As a result she went from a size 8 to a size 0 by adopting her habits, asking “What’s the BEST I can do?” and going for it.
