Lesson 5: Cut That Zero

[text_block style=”style_1.png” align=”left”]Like we told you, Phase 2 is all about WHAT to eat in order to achieve your best body.

Take a minute to remember why you started the course. What did you hope to accomplish? How important is it to you that you succeed? Now is a good time to remind yourself why.[/text_block]

Are you unknowingly sinking your own ship?

Yes, you are. It’s not even a question, you are sinking your own ship but it’s NOT ALL YOUR FAULT.

You and I are the target of the efforts of highly paid experts whose only job is to perpetuate our addictions to sugar and spending. Need proof? List the 5 most visible restaurants in your neighborhood. What do they sell? I’d bet dollars to donuts it’s donuts, coffee, burgers, fries, and soda. All highly profitable, have a long shelf life, and lead you down the path to the next most profitable consumable businesses in your neighborhood; the pharmacy.

Now I don’t want to sound like I’m anti-free market, but I am in cases where the consumer is placed in harms way as is the case with our food supply.

Here’s what’s going to have to happen between you now and you oiling up for the beach with your incredible body.  you’re going to have to learn the truths about your body, what fuel it’s designed to run on, and how to get out of the way of it’s on-board desire to be lean, strong and healthy.

[text_block style=”style_1.png” align=”left”]The easy stuff is over. I hope you’ve been practicing.

Also there is a part 2 to this lesson, so be on the lookout for our email on it’s release. And BE SURE to practice the skills we’ve been showing you in the kitchen over the past two lessons because they are required in a BIG way coming up!

That’s it for now. Turn in your homework and participate in the discussion just 10 minutes a day for the MAXIMUM results (it’s a proven fact)![/text_block]

[op_liveeditor_element][text_block]IMPORTANT In addition to practicing and tracking your new habit, “#E4A Phil Jackson Zen“, we still want you to continue to build on your previous habits. We still want you to practice those habits, but you will now be tracking “Phil Jackson Zen.”[/text_block][/op_liveeditor_element]

[text_block style=”style_1.png” align=”left”]You no longer have to track your previous habit, but YOU ARE TO STILL PRACTICE IT.

We want you actively tracking your new habit, by answering one question: “Are the drinks you’re choosing adding to your waist or taking away?”

Your tracking will be simple yes or no tracking. Daily, either you did or you didn’t. That’s it![/text_block]

Support, Support, Support…

All the while you’re making this series of single changes in your day, you’ll have questions.  We encourage you to ask us directly!  Our coaches and mentors can help untangle and knots.  Also you’ll be innovating!  Your solutions to issues will be hugely helpful to other people in the class, so again we want you to share.  You can post questions to us on the “Coach.Me” app or website as well.  We win together.[/text_block]

Tracy: Adopting the Tea Habit

[text_block style=”style_1.png” align=”left” font_color=”%23ededed”]If you’re done yelling at us about asking you to take the sugar, milk and -blech- creamer out of your coffee :) I thought you might like the chance to see how someone who came before you adopted her green tea habit.

Tracy was one of our 1-on1 clients who came to us knowing exactly what she wanted to achieve, not knowing how, but ready to learn and work hard for it.

As a result she went from a size 8 to a size 0 by adopting her habits, asking “What’s the BEST I can do?” and going for it.

Here’s what she had to share on green tea.[/text_block]
