Lesson 9: Timing is Everything

[text_block style=”style_1.png” align=”left”]

Welcome to Phase 3!

But FIRST, a story…

In the early years of the century, Engineer and one of the Founding Father’s of electricity, Charles P. Steinmetz was brought to GE’s facilities in Schenectady, New York. GE had encountered a performance problem with one of their huge electrical generators and had been absolutely unable to correct it. Steinmetz, a genius in his understanding of electromagnetic phenomena, was brought in as a consultant — not a very common occurrence in those days, as it would be now.

Steinmetz also found the problem difficult to diagnose, but for some days he closeted himself with the generator, its engineering drawings, paper and pencil. At the end of this period, he emerged, confident that he knew how to correct the problem.

After he departed, GE’s engineers found a large “X” marked with chalk on the side of the generator casing. There also was a note instructing them to cut the casing open at that location and remove so many turns of wire from the stator. The generator would then function properly.

And indeed it did.

Steinmetz was asked what his fee would be. Having no idea in the world what was appropriate, he replied with the absolutely unheard of answer that his fee was $1000.

Stunned, the GE bureaucracy then required him to submit a formally itemized invoice.

They soon received it. It included two items:
1. Marking chalk “X” on side of generator: $1.
2. Knowing where to mark chalk “X”: $999.

[text_block style=”style_1.png” align=”left”]Ladies and gentlemen, you are now our willing lab assistants as we properly align your nutrition with your body goals. This is THE $999 habit.

Like we told you, Phase 2 was all about WHAT to eat in order to achieve your best body.

As a result, if you’ve been practicing then you are in GREAT HEALTH, among the best in the world.  Now let’s talk about turning that amazing potential into your best LOOKING body without sacrificing the health equity we’ve built.  Magic wand time again.

Phase 3 is about putting everything you’ve learned together in PRACTICE.  It’s about assembling all the pieces in the correct order so the system works as it’s intended.

This lesson is about three key topics:

  1. Choosing the right TYPE of carbs
  2. At the RIGHT TIME
  3. In the right AMOUNTS

Your E4A Plate… Evolved?

From NOW on you’ll eat only 2 meals!

Sound crazy?

Well yeah, maybe a little.

Allow me to clarify.  I don’t mean that you will only be eating twice per day. On the contrary, you’ll be eating every 3-4 hours as we’ve been practicing to date.  However all of your meals, including your snacks, will fit into one of two categories, and that means it’s time to update your Eating For Abs plate.[/text_block]

[text_block style=”style_1.png” align=”left”]From this point on you will be eating your original Eating For Abs plate the entire day EXCEPT for the meal IMMEDIATELY following your exhaustive workout.  In that case you’ll have a modified version which includes the most coveted STARCHY CARBS!!!

Working to master this habit, by creating limitless versions of these two plates is THE KEY to fat loss, and promoting lean muscle mass.

The easy stuff is over. I hope you’ve been practicing.

That’s it for now. Turn in your homework and participate in the discussion just 10 minutes a day for the MAXIMUM results (it’s a proven fact)![/text_block]

[op_liveeditor_element][text_block]IMPORTANT In addition to practicing your new habit, “#E4A Timing is Everything“, we still want you to continue to build on your previous habits. We still want you to practice those habits, but you will now be tracking Timing is Everything.[/text_block][/op_liveeditor_element]

[text_block style=”style_1.png” align=”left”]You no longer have to track your previous habits, but YOU ARE TO STILL PRACTICE THEM.

We want you actively tracking your new habit, by answering one question : “Have you properly used carbs today?”

Your tracking will be simple yes or no tracking.  Daily, either you did or you didn’t.  That’s it![/text_block]
