Our 12-month guided coaching group that will lead participants through dramatic—yet sustainable—changes in their eating and exercise habits under the watchful eye of E4A Coach Mia Nikolajev, CSCS. To date, we’ve tested it with hundreds of people, who have transformed their bodies and health profiles in amazing ways.

Choose from a one-time registration of $1799 USD or installments of $179 USD per month.
Will I have to spend a lot of money on food and supplements?
When it comes to food, most students actually end up saving money on their grocery bills.
This is because they make more informed, careful decisions, eat out less, and spend fewer dollars on processed novelty foods, replacing them with whole, delicious natural foods.
As for supplements, we may recommend a few health-oriented products, based on your unique needs and goals. However, these are completely optional.
Will I need to join a gym?
Nope, you don’t have to join a gym to be successful with our coaching.
As a matter of fact, we're going to spend some time finding out what types of training YOU enjoy best and has worked for you in the past. After all, you are THE expert on you.
About Coach Mia
Coach Mia Nikolajev has been in the health and fitness industry for over a decade. A current Raw Powerlifter, and WBFF diva fitness and figure competitor, she is a women’s empowerment coach who specializes in helping people achieve their top potential and build the body that houses the hero(ine), within.
She has worked with youth athletes who have since gone on to compete in the Olympics and other international level competitions for Canada, Bermuda, Trinidad and Jamaica.
Mia holds both a BSc Honors Psych+Sociology (from UofT), and BSc in Kinesiology (from Dalhousie), and is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (NSCA), Elite Personal Trainer (ACE), and a Performance and Weight-loss Nutrition Specialist (PN1), with program modality specialties in power and performance for athletes, and Tactical athletic conditioning (RCMP, TPF). She is also certified in pre-natal and post-partum program design.
Her numerous certifications and accolades, along with post-rehab conditioning training gained from working at the Gary Roberts’ high performance centre, and the fitness institute have given her a breadth of education, knowledge and experience which she applies to all clients’ specialized needs.
Our transformative coaching experience is designed as the roadmap to better health and your best body. The progress our students have achieved through this curriculum in nothing short of incredible. There is no hardcore dieting, or shortcut to success, but with our program and the support of your coach, you'll never have to guess.
